There are four steps in total, including the embedding step:

1. Create Knowledge Base:

   • Go to the sidebar and select "Knowledge Bases."
   • Click "Add New"
   • Fill out the first form with basic information(Name, Description).
   • In the second form  "Scrap and Load Data."
   • Choose "Website," enter your website URL.
   • Click "Save and Start Scrapping."

2. Create an Agent(If youi need AI assistance):

   • Go to the sidebar, select "Agents,"
   • Click "Add Agent."
   • Follow the steps to create your agent(Description, Guidlines and Character will defin how your Agent will answer your customers).
   • Test your agent and click "Done."

3. Create Your Chatbot:

   • Go to the sidebar, select "Chatbots,"
   • Click "Add Chatbot."
   • Step one: Define your chatbot personality(Avatar, Name, Theme color, Description).
   • Step two: Build the flow. Start by clicking on the parent node and then clicking "Add Child."
     • First, select the type (Options: Option, Agent, or Form).
     • Next, add the Option field, which is the title of the node the user will see.
     • Finally, fill in the other fields depending on the selected type.
